Circuito Vasco Sameiro

The Circuito Vasco Sameiro (also known as Circuit de Braga ) is a motorsports race track activities. The circuit is located 6 km north of Braga, Portugal. The track was built in 1990 around the airfield Braga Palmeira and is 3.02 km ( 1.877 miles ) long. It runs counterclockwise and is managed by the Clube do Minho Automóvel. There are next to the main track, a karting track. The kart track was built for the World Kart Championship, which were held in the years 2000 and 2005. The auto race track but it is used mainly for the Portuguese motor sport. In October 2009, an international motorsport event was held on the track for the first time, which zugutekam the fifth round of the annual European Touring Car Cup.
