Ciscaucasia

As Caucasus foothills or Vorkaukasus (Russian Предкавказье / Predkawkasje ) the northern foothills of the Caucasus, between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea is called, bounded on the north by the Manytsch valley, which forms the border between Europe and Asia here. Administratively, the Caucasus foothills is one of the Russian federal districts Southern Russia and Northern Caucasus.
