Citi Open

The ATP tournament of Washington ( officially Citi Open, formerly Legg Mason Tennis Classic ) is a tennis tournament which is annually discharged in August in Washington, DC. It is part of the ATP World Tour 500 and the U.S. Open Series, a series of North American hard court tournaments that are to prepare for the U.S. Open. Today, the tournament is a hard court tournament until 1986 was played on sand.

The fact that the venue is Washington, especially Arthur Ashe has influenced who was a supporter of the tournament from the start. The game is played in the William H. G. FitzGerald Tennis Center in Rock Creek Park, a U.S. National Park.

Record winner is Andre Agassi, the triumph was here five times.
