Action

The film follows the development of a bee larva to young worker bee, shows the life of a bee colony and introduces function and life of the queen of a hive.

City of Wax was one of a series of nature films that produced Stacy and Horace Woodard for Skibo and the Educational Films Corporation of America. He created with microscope camera technology called recordings criticism remarkable. The film received a copyright entry on 9 February 1934. Narrator of the film is Gayne Whitman.
