Ciudad Acuña, also Acuña (formerly Garza Galán, later Villa Acuña and ) is a town in the Mexican state of Coahuila, with around 134,000 inhabitants. It is situated on 280 meters on the Rio Grande on the border with the United States. It is located across from Del Rio, Texas.

History

On December 27, 1877 Acuña was founded.
