Clarens, Switzerland

Clarens is a district of the city of Montreux in Romandie, Switzerland. It lies on the alluvial fan of Bach's Baye de Clarens.

The anarchist and geographer Élisée Reclus (1830-1905) lived from about 1872 in Clarens.
