Clark Adams

Clark Adams ( born July 23, 1969 in Louisville, Kentucky, † 21 May 2007) was an American freethinker and atheist.

Life

Adams was first raised Catholic, but discovered early contradictions in Christian doctrine. Influences were the publications of the American Atheists for him. He used friendships with leading atheists in the country. He was moderator of the newsgroup alt.atheism.moderated and organized meetings of freethinkers. He also was a member of Internet Infidels, for which he served in executive functions. He actively for the Secular Student Alliance, a. He was one of the founders of the Secular Coalition for America. Shortly before his untimely death, he was a member of the American Humanist Association.
