Claude François Chauveau-Lagarde
Claude François Chauveau - Lagarde ( born January 21, 1756 in Chartres, † February 28, 1841 in Paris) was a French lawyer who primarily as a defender of prominent personalities such as Brissot, Charlotte Corday, Francisco de Miranda, Marie Antoinette and Madame Elisabeth ( the king's sister, Elisabeth Philippine Marie -Hélène de France) was known before the revolutionary Tribunal.
He was later arrested himself, but the 9th Thermidor saved him.
