Claudia Leitte
Claudia Leitte - full name is Claudia Cristina Leite Inácio Pedreira - (* July 10, 1980 in São Gonçalo (RJ) ) is a Brazilian singer.
She began her career as lead singer and leader of the Axé group Babado Novo. After their separation in 2008, she began a successful solo career with numerous tours as Sette Tour ( 2009) and As Máscaras e Rhytmos Tour ( 2010). Her first solo album Ao Vivo em Copacabana they played a show in front of 700,000 spectators at the beach of Copacabana, on 17 February 2008.
They also performed at major events outside of Brazil, such as the Brazilian Days in Miami. She received an advertising contract with the beverage brand Guaraná Antarctica. Leitte support a campaign against drugs.
