Claudio Casacci

Claudio Casacci (born 1958 ) is an Italian space scientist and amateur astronomer.

Between 1995 and 1996 he discovered together with the Italian astronomer at Osservatorio Astronomico di Maura Tombelli Asiago Cima Ekar two asteroids.

The asteroid ( 4814 ) Casacci was named after him.
