Clemens Schmalstich

Clemens Carlotto Schmalstich ( born October 8, 1880 in Poznan, † July 15, 1960 in Berlin) was a German composer and conductor.

Life

Born on October 8, 1880 in Poznan, Clemens Carl- Otto Schmalstich studied after visiting the Poznań Friedrich- Wilhelm Gymnasium on his father, who wanted his son to study music from a know nothing desire first four semesters of philosophy in Bonn. 1902 succeeded the young student to come to the Royal Academy of Music in Berlin.
