Cleomenes the Cynic

Cleomenes was a Cynic philosopher. He was the disciple of Metrokles and wrote a work Παιδαγωγικός ( The teacher ). His pupils were Timarchos of Alexandria and Echekles of Ephesus. He may be identical with the Hesiod commentator Cleomenes.
