Urga (Russian Урга ) is a film by Russian director Nikita Mikhalkov from the year 1991.

Action

The Mongolian shepherd Gombo lives with his wife Pagma, their three children and his mother in a yurt in the desert, far away from the nearest settlement. Add this - strange for him - the world gets, the Russian driver, Sergei, as it is lying with his truck and is warmly welcomed by Gombos family.
