Club of Budapest

The Club of Budapest ( CoB ) is a worldwide independent non-governmental organization.

The Club of Budapest sees itself as a future workshop for issues that affect humanity as a whole. He wants to raise awareness of global responsibility and build bridges between cultures and generations. Under the slogan You Can Change the World, the Club of Budapest sees its mission as " a catalyst for the transition to a sustainable world."

The Club of Budapest was founded in 1993 by Ervin Laszlo in Budapest as a foundation to life. Since then hosted the international organization of the club conferences and seminars. In summer 2007 a ​​new organization was created with the WorldShift Network, which oversees the international projects of the club. The aim of the WorldShift Network is to strengthen civil society importance of the many international organizations that seek to global change.
