Coalworker's pneumoconiosis

As Anthracosis (from gr άνθραξ, " coal " ) refers to a form of pneumoconiosis, which is caused by the deposition of soot particles in the lungs ( congestion of the self-cleaning mechanism of the lungs caused by excessive exposure). You can also share with silicosis occur ( CWP ).

The Anthracosis runs mostly straightforward and does not lead to lung damage, such as silicosis, as the soot particles exert significantly less cell-damaging influences as free silicate. For years, excessive exposure to the disease, however, can complicate and a massive, progressive pulmonary fibrosis arises.
