Coast Air

Coast Air was a Norwegian airline headquartered in Haugesund. The airline was Norway's fourth largest airline SAS Braathens, Widerøe and Norwegian. Owner of the airline was TS Industri Invest AS ( Trygve Seglem ) to 100% ( by Kystfly AS). Coast Air had about 85 employees last. On 23 January 2008, the airline filed for bankruptcy.

History

The company has existed since 1975. Since 1986 she acted under the name Coast Aero Center on the Haugesund Airport. In the early years, the Company owned as aircraft Piper PA -31 Navajo and De Havilland Canada Twin Otters. In 1993, she received her first BAe Jetstream 31
