The coat of arms of La Rioja ( Spanish region ) is cleaved in gold and red.

Right, the red cross of Santiago on a green mountain of two rotgerandeten silver scallops accompanied on the cross base; left a golden gezinnter tower with three other towers built, the medium is the higher, on two stone piers standing over a silver sign foot with two blue waves. Everything is surrounded by a blue board with three ( 2:1) golden lilies.

On the shield rests a golden crown with central orb.
