Cochrane District
The Cochrane District is an administrative district in the northeast of the Canadian province of Ontario. Capital is Cochrane. Its population is 81 122 (2011), area 141,270.41 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 0.6 inhabitants per km ². The district was formed in 1921 from parts of Timiskaming District and the Thunder Bay District.
