Iceland Cocos ( Chamorro: Islan Dano ) is an uninhabited island, which is 1.6 kilometers south of Guam. The 300 m wide and 1.6 km long island is the southernmost island in the Mariana Islands and has an area of just one square kilometer.

The United States Coast Guard operated the LORAN station on the island of Barrigada 1944-1963. The electrical transformers and the station are weathered over the years and have a strong PCB contamination in between Guam and Cocos Iceland located, Cocos Lagoon out. Thus the limits for PCBs in the water and the fish caught here are exceeded significantly today.

On the west side of Cocos Iceland there is a hotel complex for tourists.
