Colcannon

Colcannon (Irish Cal ceannann, white headed cabbage) is a traditional Irish stew and westschottischer of potatoes, kale, salt and pepper. Moreover, even spring onions, milk and butter are added. Previously Colcannon was indeed cooked as a main dish, but today it is more of a side dish, usually meat dishes.
