Cole Jarrett

Cole Jarrett ( born January 4, 1983 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who was taken in mid March 2013 by EC VSV in the Austrian Hockey League contract.

Career

Jarrett started his career in 1999 at the Plymouth Whalers in the Canadian Junior Football League OHL. Already in its second year, the defender was able to achieve 48 points scorer in 60 games and was the best point defender of his team. Over the next two years, Jarrett was able to maintain his Scorer qualities and further increase his points total. Consequently, the scouts of various NHL teams were aware of the left-handed shooters, so he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2001 in the fifth round at 141 instead of the Columbus Blue Jackets.
