Colea Răutu

Colea Răutu ( born November 18, 1912 in Balti, Russian Empire (now Moldova), † 13 May 2008 Bucharest; actually Colea Rutkowski ) was a Romanian actor who was known to the German-speaking audience mainly because of two DEFA Indian films.

Life

Răutu, the eldest of four children in his family, graduated from experiments as a footballer and after gaining experience as a layman his acting studies at the University of Bucharest, before ( he belonged to the opera chorus Cluj) about theater engagements in Bucharest and other Romanian cities in 1954 for the film. At first, he played primarily in national, but later also in international film productions, such as in the adventure Four dividers The Leatherstocking Tales and The Sea Wolf. In the DEFA the performer also acted in Western films with, as in the 1970s in Apaches and Ulzana, two classic DEFA Indian films on the side of Gojko Mitic. Mid-1980s was the artist again for a East German Western front of the camera, this time it was not is a typical genre production of DEFA, as Atkins was based on stories by Karl May.

On stage he appeared with many of the satirical couplets author Constantin Tanase; Theater he played among others at the National Theatre Bucharest, 1952-1968 at Giuleşti Theatre and for a short time at the theater in Pitesti.
