History

Colfax was founded in 1995 by brothers Steven and Mitchell Rales, with the " aggressive goal: building a global world-class industrial enterprise ."

In November 2012, the factory was for electrodes in Ihtiman, Bulgaria closed ( bought in 2007 ), all 120 employees were laid off.
