Colima Warbler

The Colimawaldsänger ( Vermivora crissalis ) is a small bird of the family Warbler ( Parulidae ). Colimawaldsänger have been little studied in contrast to other warbler species, so about the lifestyle, the risk and the population size is poorly understood.

Colimawaldsänger have a brownish- gray plumage and a yellow top rump. The face of the throat and breast are gray. To the eye they wear a white ring. The males have an orange spot on the crown, which is usually hidden but embedded in the Kronfedern.

They breed in the Chisos Mountains National Park Big Bend National Park in West Texas and the Sierra Madre Occidental in Mexico.
