Colin Ebelthite

Colin Ebelthite ( born November 27, 1984 in Adelaide ) is an Australian tennis player.

Career

Ebelthite is active primarily as a doubles specialist. He won four titles in his career on the second-rate Challenger Tour, all with different partners. In the 2012 season he achieved his best finish on the World Tour at the tournament in Sydney Marinko Matosevic together with, as the started a wild card Australians reached the semi-finals. They lost Matthew Ebden and Jarkko Nieminen in straight sets. At Grand Slam tournaments Ebelthite pulled at the Australian Open 2011 with Adam Feeney a first knockout round. In the individual he was only in 2009 thanks to a wild card in the main draw of a Grand Slam, also at the Australian Open. In the opening round, he defeated Andreas Beck clearly with 5:7, 1:6, 0:6.
