Colossus (Six Flags Magic Mountain)

Colossus at Six Flags Magic Mountain (Valencia, California, USA) is a double wooden roller coaster manufacturer International Amusement Devices, which opened on 29 May 1978. The main supplier of the railway was Bernards Brothers.

The racing layout of the web allows that two trains provide a race in which one of the two trains first reached the station.

Since the opening of the rails were changed several times. The largest rail exchange took place in 1979. 1991 some valleys between the hills were raised on the parking lot side and a block brake was installed. Here you can still see the old rails under the block brake.

Colossus has six trains from Morgan with six cars. In each car four people can (two rows of two people) take place. Passengers must be at least 1.22 m tall to ride must.
