Comarch

The COMARCH S. A. is established in 1994 by the University Professor Janusz Filipiak software manufacturers from Krakow ( Poland). Since its inception, it has built offices and research centers in several European, Asian and American countries and has developed into one of the largest IT companies in Central Europe.

Product spectrum

Comarch is an international provider of IT solutions for business process optimization and customer relationship management.

The product portfolio of Comarch includes consulting and integration services, IT infrastructure solutions and hosting services, solutions for billing and customer management, enterprise management, ERP (eg Comarch ERP Enterprise), IT network management, financial services management, customer relationship management (CRM) and EDI. Comarch is a producer of software systems for telecommunications, finance, Corporate Business, Public Administration and the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Comarch Capital Group

Comarch S. A. is the parent company of a group of companies, including NetBrokers (the largest Internet market for agricultural products in Poland), Interia.pl ( one of the largest Internet portals in Poland), Comarch Software und Beratung AG (formerly SoftM AG) and MKS Cracovia SSA ( Cracow Sports Club ).

Comarch in Germany

Comarch has been active since 1999 in Germany. From Frankfurt, the specially created Comarch Software AG sales of its products, specializing in consulting and integration activities. 2005, the German headquarters was moved to Dresden. Developed in Dresden products and services are offered through Comarch's sales channels in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. In Frankfurt am Main is a subsidiary of Comarch Software AG.

Since November 2008, Comarch major shareholder ( 50.15 % ) is the SoftM AG in Munich. Since June 2010, the SoftM AG operates under the new name of Comarch Software und Beratung AG. Since February 2009, Comarch holds 80.89 % of SoftM shares.

On 10 December 2009, Comarch rose as a major sponsor one with the name " Presenter " at TSV 1860 München. In the season 2010/11 Comarch was the main sponsor of the Munich lions.

Comarch was for the product Comarch ERP Enterprise by the Center for Enterprise Research 2013 in the category of mail order and 2011 in the category e-business with the price "ERP System of the Year ".
