Commandment

A bid is a binding statement that can be taken as a positive commandment or a negative commandment, that as a prohibition. Bids are generally not simply laws, since not every bid also the force of law is inherent in or ascribed.

Religious and ethical precepts often derive from from the natural law, or the Golden Rule. Your influence on the actions is also related to the education and personal conscience.

Judaism

The Ten Commandments ( the Decalogue ) of the Hebrew Bible are a summarization of the closed moral contract ( covenant ) of God with the people of Israel at Mount Sinai. State bids

State regulations and laws are based as opposed to ethical precepts primarily on bans. The character of bids have, for example, some rules of the German and Austrian road traffic regulations, such as to comply with a speed appropriate to the situation (see also recommended speed ). But here it is not about ethics, but about legal standards.
