Commercial Code stands for:

  • General German Commercial Code ( ADHGB ), adopted in 1865 in the Principality of Liechtenstein and under that name today widely legally binding
  • Trading Act ( France), France's Commercial Code

  • Commercial Code, contains the core of commercial law in Germany
