Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist–Leninist

The Türkiye Partisi komünist / Marksist -Leninist ( TKP / ML, for the Turkish Communist Party of Turkey / Marxist- Leninist ) is a Marxist- Leninist- Maoist party, which was founded in 1972 by İbrahim Kaypakkaya in Turkey.

Since 1974 she has also been represented in Germany. The aim of the TKP / ML and its splinter groups is an armed revolutionary coup in Turkey and the creation of a " people's democratic State " under the leadership of the proletariat.

Since its inception, the TKP / ML has split several times. Initially, they operated under the name Communist Party of Turkey / Marxist-Leninist ( TKP / ML ) ( with hyphen). In 1994, two competing factions, Partizan and Maoist Communist Party emerged from the TKP / ML ( MKP, Maoist komünist Partisi ) (until 2002: the East Anatolian Area ( DABK ) ) called pursuing both have the same ideology.
