Communist Platform

The Communist Platform ( KPF ) is a political union within the Left Party. The PCF advocates that communist positions remain anchored in the party. It is assigned to the orthodox left wing of the party.

Work

The PCF is a labor and community of interest that the Left actively acts on the basis of the party program and statutes at the base and in party structures. This means that the PCF is mainly active within the party. Members of the PCF are involved as chairman or members of party executive boards of various levels in the bodies of the Left Party; several members are elected in local and municipal parliaments. Within the Left Party, the PCF is working closely with the Marxist Forum and the Gera dialogue. Close links are also maintained with Cuba Sí and Ecological platform. Above all, the Forum for Democratic Socialism (FDS ) within the left is the PCF was very critical.
