CompAir is a company that manufactures compressed air and gas systems. The company employs 1,700 people worldwide and has manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom, Germany and China and sales and channel partners in over 100 countries. The company headquarters is located in Redditch, England.
History
The origins of the company CompAir walk on two British companies, Holman and BROOMWADE back. Holman was founded in 1801 and initially produced for pressure vessels, until they finally focused end of the 19th century compressors. From 1964 the production of portable compressors began. The company made BROOMWADE end of the 19th century, however, on machines for the wood industry. From the 20th century the company compressors were traded as a hallmark of the company produced. 1968 merged Holman and BROOMWADE and eventually changed their names into CompAir.
