Business Company is an American spy film by Nicholas Meyer from the year 1991.

Action

Sam Boyd, a veteran CIA agent who is preparing for a quieter job in the private sector. He will replace as his final task the Russian agent Piotr Ivanovich Grushenko against a U.S. citizen. The handover is to take place in Berlin.

As the action goes wrong, Boyd and Grushenko escape together before the CIA and KGB, who want to kill the agents. With the help of a woman they get to Paris, and finally they outwit the former employer.
