Under completion is understood in mathematics:

  • Completion of metric and normed spaces, in particular
  • Completion of uniform spaces in the topology
  • Order completion of a total order using Dedekind cuts
  • Completion of a measure in measure theory

  • Set of Lindenbaum, possibility of completing a set of predicate logic formulas in mathematical logic
