Computer Measurement Group

The Computer Measurement Group (CMG ) was founded in 1974 and is a worldwide, non - commercial, vendor-neutral organization. It consists of experts and companies that deal with the performance, management and the measurement of computer systems. At the annual conferences it comes to system management, as well as topics related to capacity planning, reporting, accounting, network management and controlling.

The organization provides its members with current and practical assistance in the area of ​​system management, conducts seminars and promotes the formation of networks. At the annual meeting various awards will be presented, including the AA Michelson Award for outstanding professional, technical and inspiring posts.

The organization consists of more than 30 regional and international groups. The European organization founded in 1988, is the Central European Computer Measurement Group ( cecmg ).
