Confederación Sudamericana de Rugby
The Confederación Sudamericana de Rugby ( CONSUR ) is the South American continental federation for Rugby Union. Its membership includes twelve national associations. The Association was founded on 14 October 1981 is responsible for the organization of various rugby tournaments, including the South American Championship (including U -18 and U -21) as well as the Champions Cup.
