Conrad A. Nervig

Conrad Albinus Annoying (* June 24, 1889 in Revillo, Grant County, South Dakota, † November 26, 1980 in San Diego, California ) was an American film editor.

Life

Conrad A. Annoying worked on over 80 films. In 1922 he began working for Goldwyn Picture Corporation. He stayed even after the conversion to Metro -Goldwyn -Mayer in 1924 in this studio, where he spent most of his career, which he finished in 1954.

Annoying was 1935, the first Academy Award winner in the category Best Editing for his work on the adventure drama Eskimo by WS Van Dyke. In 1937 he received another nomination for escape from Paris. Along with Ralph E. Winters, he won a second Oscar in 1951 for King Solomon's Mines.
