Constantin Medien AG (until 5 April 2009: EM.Sport Media, Inc. ), headquartered in Ismaning near Munich, Bavaria, is an aligned on the areas of sport, film, sports and event marketing sized media company. She is involved with 47.31 % in Highlight Communications AG.

By 2007 acquired stake in the Swiss media company Highlight Communications AG, which was gradually increased to 47.3 percent in 2008 and has been fully consolidated since 31 July 2008, the company introduced strategically scratch.
