Constitutional Court of Belgium

The Constitutional Court (Dutch Grondwettelijk yard / i, French Cour Constitutionnelle ) is the Belgian Constitutional Court. He's in the Belgian law responsible for examining the law strong legal norms with the Constitution and the rules governing the distribution of powers between the Federal State, the Communities and Regions. The judgments of the Constitutional Court are enforceable and no appeal.
