Constitutional Court of Croatia

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia ( kroat.: sud Republike Hrvatske Ústavní ) is the highest court in Croatia.

The Constitutional Court is located on the Varšavská 3 in Zagreb. The court consists of 13 judges who are elected for eight years by the Croatian Parliament. The competences of the Constitutional Court shall be governed by the Constitution of Croatia.
