Construction waste

At a construction site falls to rubble during construction, expansion and the demolition. The term refers to building materials such as concrete, bricks, clinker bricks and mortar residues.

Waste disposal often distinguish between debris and construction waste. The cost of disposal of construction waste (it includes, for example decomposable materials ) are much higher than those for construction waste. Therefore, the two are since about 1990 carefully separated on most construction sites and therefore it operates since deconstruction: removed before the actual demolition of as many of the substances that do not belong to rubble; until the building is torn down.

Specialized companies are preparing to rubble and sell it largely renewed as recycled product. Materials such as concrete, bricks and tiles can be used in crushing plants for recycling concrete or material for road construction. Special equipment can handle asphalt to asphalt granules that back in the road is used as an accompaniment.

Public Relations operates among others, the National Association of recycled building materials eV, Duisburg ( BRB ).
