Consumer -to -Business ( C2B ) stands for (electronic) communication relationships between individuals ( customers ) and several companies.

In C2B are platforms - as opposed to B2C platforms - the customers those buyers who are searching companies. Under this category fall most communities that will help the customer to find a suitable vendor for a product or service, that is the opposite of the traditional sales model ( companies offer, customers purchase ).

This inverted business model is enabled by:

  • Many people today are connected to the Internet, which only a direct connection can be made to the company.
  • The technology, the only company was formerly available for cost reasons, is now many individuals are available: Print ( good quality)
