Contractor

Contractor is a term in German legal language - not quite accurate - at different contract types, such as the service contract (actually: employer and conscript ) (actually, entrepreneurs and purchaser ), is used to denote those of the Contracting Party or work contract, which mainly is to provide nichtgeldlicher services to the other party, the principal, has committed. Thus one speaks about the architect or the contractor during construction contract sometimes referred to as " Contractor".

When a contract type of contract it says in the German Civil Code, however, does not " contractor ", but " agent".

Closes the contractor a contract with a third party such that the latter is obliged to provide the services owed the client or any part thereof, it is called these third parties "subcontractor ".
