Convection oven

A convection oven (from the Latin convectum, cosponsored ') is derived from the Latin term for a hot air furnace, which operates on the principle of thermal convection. This is mainly as a professional kitchen appliance in catering businesses to use.

Colloquially, the term is also used for a combi-steamers, which also offers the additional function of steam cooking to convection.
