Cool McCool

Cool McCool is an American animated television series which was on view from September 10, 1966 through August 30, 1969 on NBC in the first showing. In Germany, the series was in 1988 in the context of Bim Bam Bino on Tele 5, last seen on tm3 in the afternoon program. Was invented the character of Bob Kane, who is also Batman breathed life. The series was produced by Al Brodax for King Features. During each 3 episodes ( in each show two stories of Cool Mc Cool and over whose father Harry Mc Cool ) was shown in the U.S. 20 shows, sent Tele 5 each episode individually. Thus one comes to 40 episodes on " Cool McCool " and 20 on " Harry Mc Cool".

Content

Cool McCool has worked for the Secret Inc. as a secret agent. But unlike his father, who has always solved his cases as a police officer by a certain sophistication and precision, it is rather clumsy and oafish. His boss is number one in this clumsiness usually the victims.

His opponents are Jack-in -the-box, Rattler, Hurricane Harry, Owl, Dr. Madcap and Greta Ghoul. You keep trying to put the city in fear and terror, and to remove Cool McCool out of the way. But the awkwardness and distraction of Cool McCool are not only his weaknesses, but also save him time and again life.

Synchronization

Most of the figures were spoken by Chuck McCann, he took over the role of number one, Jack-in -the-Box, and numerous family members of Cool McCool. Bob McFadden said the role of Cool McCool Harry McCool and Dr. Madcap. Carol Corbett took over the voices of Friday and Greta Ghoul.

Leader

The title tune Cool McCool was written by Ron Goodwin and Bernard Green, who also have the individual episodes with music. In the intro is to see how the opponents of Cool McCool trying to kill him and did not create it; then it flies on direct route to his boss and says, " Danger is my business ".

DVD and video releases

In America, the complete series has been released on 3 DVDs. In Germany some episodes of the series were released on four VHS tapes.
