Copa Eva Duarte

The Copa Eva Duarte was a Spanish football competition, which was held annually from 1947 to 1953 between the Spanish champion and the Spanish Cup winner. The Copa Eva Duarte is thus the predecessor of the Supercopa de España.

In 1940, the first time a competition game between the champion and the Cup Winners' Cup was held, the Copa de Campeones. The Copa de Campeones, however, was only played this once and found no sequel. 1945 competition, was admitted to the proposal of the Argentine ambassador, who also donated the trophy Copa de Oro Argentina ( " Argentine Gold Cup " ) again.
