Copic

Copic (コピック, Kopikku ) is a brand name for products manufactured in Japan marker with polyester top.

Copics Copic markers have a chisel tip and a fine line tip so that you can represent different line widths with a pen. In addition, seven other tips are available. The color can be refilled several times. The color is alcohol- based and dries instantly, so you can fill large areas with Copic markers evenly, realize smooth color transitions and use it even for airbrush. By means of a so-called Blender pen containing only solvents, paints can be retrofitted into each other vermalt or lightened. After drying, the ink is smudge -proof and waterproof. As the colors are pigment- based, they are not lightfast.

Toner is not dissolved, therefore Copics are also suitable for coloring photocopies. Copic pens are mainly used by professionals in the fields of product design, graphic design, illustration, the Modezeichnerei, for the layout of media as well as in architecture for marking and coloring. They are also enjoying increasing popularity with manga illustrators and stampers.

To draw scribbles and sketches to Copic Multiliner SP are suitable because they do not smudge during subsequent drawing with markers. For the work also marker -grade paper is needed because these pins by hitting the " normal " characters or copy paper.
