Corebus

Corebus († 117-138 in Messina) was a Christian martyr and saint.

According to legend, Corebus was a Prefect of the city of Messina. He is said to have been converted by Eleutherius of Illyria. Under Emperor Hadrian, he had been executed with the sword.

Corebus is venerated as a saint. His feast day is April 18.
