Corinne Calvet

Corinne Calvet (actually Corinne Dibos; born April 30, 1925 in Paris, † June 23, 2001 in Los Angeles ) was a French actress.

The petite Corinne Calvet began after the Second World War as a radio presenter and theater actress in Paris. They were discovered after minor roles in French films from American film studio Paramount Pictures and so came to Hollywood. In 1949 she turned director William Dieterle there under on the side of Burt Lancaster her first film. She played in the 1950s in a variety of genre films, but felt he never occupied properly. In the 1960s and 1970s, they still played in some TV series and then ended her film career. Corinne Calvet was married four times (including with American actor John Bromfield ) and mother of a son.
