Corsione is a municipality with 224 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Asti (AT ), Region Piedmont.
The municipality is part of the Comunità Collina Val Rilate. The neighboring municipalities are Castell'Alfero, Cossombrato, Frinco, Tonco and Villa San Secondo.

Specialty
In Corsione also vines of Barbera for the Barbera d'Asti, a DOCG red wine are grown with status.
